Aqua ViTea, Vermont based producer of After Glow hard kombucha, announced the addition of three C-suite executives and a director of sales, as it expands reach across the US.

The company has added Chris Gallant, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Steve Konczal, Chief Financial Officer, and Chip Nolin, Chief Operating Officer.

Additionally, Billy Keighley was hired as Director of Sales for AfterGlow. Keighley is a 15-year veteran in sales at RedBull.

“Chris, Billy, Steve, and Chip have an outstanding reputation for taking both large and small brands to new heights, and I look forward to the impact they’ll have on Aqua ViTea’s success with their combined expertise,” founder Jeff Weaber said in a release.

AfterGlow hard kombucha is offered in Ginger Blue, Citrus Rush, Cherry Sour, and Apricot Dream varieties. All are 5% ABV, and the company plans national expansion. The lineup is gluten free, certified organic, and vegan.

AfterGlow starts in the same way as Aqua ViTea’s non-alcoholic kombuchas, with a base of tea, water, and organic cane sugar. The symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) is added to ferment over several weeks. To achieve the alcohol content, the product then undergoes secondary fermentation.

The company produces all varieties of kombucha and its distilled vodka at a brewery in Middlebury, Vermont.
