The popular Seltzerland festival to Atlanta for the first time. The celebration of hard seltzer hits the Peach State on Saturday, April 3.

The event will be held at Fox Creek Golf Club, located in the Greater Atlanta area of Smyrna, although Cannonball Productions promises that no actual golfing will be involved. This year’s tour will also include stops in Austin, Charlotte, Scottsdale, and Tampa, with more cities to be announced soon.

Founded in 2020, Seltzerland is “the first nationally-touring, socially-distanced hard seltzer celebratory day out,” according to a statement announcing the event. Safety is a primary concern of event organizers.

Tickets and Packages Available

General admission tickets are available starting at $29 for the 2.5 hour experience, and VIP tickets start at $49. Tickets are available for “tee times” starting every ten minutes.

Packages include “30+ seltzer samples, a White Claw drawstring bag, and a commemorative tasting cup (although for safety purposes, all samples will be provided in single-use plastic cups).

VIP ticket holders enjoy perks such as “premier timeslots, a full-sized can of hard seltzer, a specialty cocktail, and complimentary food.”

“These past 11 months have been incredibly trying, and one thing we know is that everyone needs something to look forward to, now more than ever.  As the weather became nicer, I, as a consumer, just wanted to get outside and have a drink with my friends while being safe. What better place to do that than on an open, outdoor, sprawling, and gorgeous golf course?” said Cannonball Productions CEO & Founder Kate Levenstien.

“With courses around the country open to the public and tee times available to manage check-in, it is the safest venue and structure for in-person events. We know this experience will provide a safe opportunity to have some much-needed fun and we’re so excited to bring Seltzerland to life.”

Attendee Safety is a Priority

The staggered start times are meant to ensure that the event stays safely socially distanced and groups are limited to 20 or less.

Attendees will be able to safely sample over fifty seltzers. Last year’s participants included White Claw, Bud Light Seltzer, Bon V!V, and Cutwater Spirits, among other brands.

In addition to spread out start times, all attendees and vendors must be spread out, frequent hand washing and sanitizing are encouraged, and restrooms will be cleaned between uses by a dedicated porter.

Past Events

Safety guidelines are now second nature to Cannonball Productions, having introduced the touring fetztival in the midst of a historic pandemic. Seltzerland launched at Chicago’s Cog Hill Golf Club last August before heading to Minneapolis, Denver, Tampa, and Dallas; all five events sold out during the tour’s inaugural year.

Thanks to Levenstien and Cannonball Productions for producing this sparkling celebration of all things seltzer. With the focus on social distancing, consumers can enjoy the festival safely and responsibly. We can’t wait to visit Seltzerland.
