VIVE Punch

Get ready to roll with the punches, friends. Cincinnati’s VIVE Hard Seltzer recently announced the release of its own punch variety pack. The seltzer recently hit store shelves, making it one of the first of its kind to market.

VIVE Punch Hard Seltzer is available in a 12 pack featuring four delicious, naturally sweetened blends: the peachy Southern Punch, citrusy Sunrise Punch, Tropical Punch, and the classic Original Punch. Each can contains 100 calories, two grams of carbs, and five percent ABV.

The all natural seltzer is made using no artificial sweeteners and real fruit flavor. While other seltzer brands scrambled to release their own lemonade and iced tea variety packs, VIVE took a different turn.

The new punch pack is available throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. It can be found at major retailers including Target, Kroger, Meijer, and Walmart with a suggested retail price of $15.99 each.

Flavor Packs a Punch

“Each flavor delivers exactly what the name promises, from Original Punch to Tropical Punch, and we’re excited to get VIVE Punch Hard Seltzer in the hands of traditional hard seltzer drinkers, as well as consumers who may have not yet embraced the category,” said Jake Rouse.

“VIVE Punch allows us to speak to a broad audience… and ‘wow’ them with the flavor in the meanwhile.”

Born in Ohio, Going National

The homegrown Ohio VIVE currently enjoys status as a midwestern regional favorite. Last year Nielsen declared the brand to be a “key regional velocity power player” after dominating sales in its territory.

VIVE’s accolades don’t stop there, however. The company was recently designated as one of Inc. 5000’s fastest growing private companies based on its three years of unprecedented growth. Jake’s brother Evan Rouse, co-founder and chief product officer, made Forbes’ prestigious “30 Under 30” list for 2021.  Evan was brewing beer before he was old enough to legally drink it.

The popular brand gained further acclaim last autumn upon the release of its daring seasonal flavor, Pumpkin Spice.

“The thing that makes VIVE so refreshingly different is in its flavor profile, overall. When my brother [Evan] had me try his take on Pumpkin Spice Hard Seltzer, I knew it had to exist in the world,” said Jake at the time of this daring release.

“There are few other products where a flavor profile and a customer base align so directly, that we wanted to be sure that we nailed the flavor. VIVE Pumpkin Spice is likely going to be laughed at initially, but when you try it, you’ll quickly understand why we’re thrilled to launch!”

Although it may have seemed like a bit of a gamble at first, VIVE’s Pumpkin Spice paid off bigtime, helping propel the company to even greater new heights.

VIVE is now betting that consumers will respond to their new punches with as much enthusiasm as the seasonal darling. Here’s hoping VIVE expands its all natural vibe to more states soon.
