This past week, Hard Seltzer News Podcast was joined by Ashton Lewis, Technical Sales Manager for Brewers Supply Group (BSG) and Kain Escobar, Manager of Brewing Research and Ops, Rahr Eagle Brewery & Rahr Technical Center. They shared incredible insight into the brewing of hard seltzer, including selection of ingredients, obtaining a clear hard seltzer, ways to assure good attenuation, and avoiding awful off-flavors.

BSG has an industry reputation for the best brewing ingredients at competitive prices, but the depth of technical knowledge is particular helpful as most craft brewers take the leap into hard seltzers. As Escobar explains, it’s not as easy as it looks.
