BON V!V has released an exciting new flavor of seltzer, based on a partnership with its creative advisor, Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The novel Raspberry Dragonfruit will soon be available nationwide following successful test runs in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Salt Lake City.
Chopra Jonas was heavily involved with the premium new flavor, which comes in a sleek metallic pink can featuring the actress’ signature.
“I love fresh fruit flavors and am a self-proclaimed berry girl. Raspberry Dragonfruit is the perfect combination of everything I love in a seltzer. It’s light and refreshing with juicy flavors and I can’t wait to enjoy it all summer long,” says Priyanka Chopra Jonas.
“When working with BON V!V on flavor selection, I loved learning about what goes into creating a new flavor, brainstorming and testing flavor options, designing the packaging and so much more. I’m so proud of what we were able to create together and I can’t wait for everyone to try the new Raspberry Dragonfruit flavor.”
Chopra Jonas joined the BON V!V team as creative advisor last summer. Since then, the actress has helped the brand further its mission to “celebrate bold women who are being their authentic selves.”
She was instrumental in launching the #TogetherWomenRise campaign, which saw the brand donate $100,000 to women-run businesses at the start of the pandemic.
She also curated BON V!V’s holiday gift box, which included a set of silk pajamas from the women-run clothing brand Helena Quinn. The box also included a recipe for the Candy Cane Crush, a tequila-based cocktail made with cranberry hard seltzer.
“Our botanical and complex flavors are what consumers have come to love about BON V!V. When selecting our new flavor, we wanted to create a premium and unique combination that would be a great addition to our Blends Variety Pack as we gear up for summer,” says Kristina Punwani, senior marketing director for Beyond Beer.
“Working with our creative advisor Priyanka Chopra Jonas over the past year has been an amazing experience and our Raspberry Dragonfruit flavor is a perfect example of our collaborative efforts.”
The new Raspberry Dragonfruit flavor will be available as part of the 12 pack Blends variety pack. The Jonas Sister first announced the new flavor last month on Instagram.
“After months of researching, testing, sipping and sampling (not that I’m complaining 😉)…it’s time to cheers to my latest labor of love!!” the caption read.
“I’m thrilled to finally reveal Raspberry Dragonfruit, the newest flavor I helped create with the team at @bonvivspikedseltzer. It’s light, refreshing and tastes like summer in a can. Can’t wait for you guys to try it!”
We can’t wait to try this latest collaboration between BON V!V and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Will we soon see cocktail recipes featuring Villa One, the tequila Pryanka’s husband Nick Jonas released with designer John Varvatos? Perhaps if we’re lucky, but for now we’ll settle for seeing the new flavor spread to the rest of the US.
